TIME. It’s our biggest barrier in teaching; resources and funding are always tight! But it’s transparency and authenticity that truly build trust and respect. Empowering others is at the heart of what I do—people genuinely matter to me.

Your expertise shapes my planning. My CPD is tailored to the unique needs of the children and staff in your school. During our initial meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to share your setting’s needs, demographics, and aspirations. While my training is typically delivered face-to-face, I can also provide virtual sessions if needed.

Too often, CPD ends without a meaningful evaluation of what’s changed since the delivery. I understand the dread of being handed yet another form to complete or being held to account for every action. That’s not my approach. I believe in interleaved CPD, giving you time to try new strategies, make mistakes, and reflect on what worked—or didn’t. I’ll return to work alongside you, sharing successes, discussing barriers, and identifying practical next steps together. We teach our children by embracing the science of learning—let’s do the same for ourselves.
